Complete our simple online leasing agreement with your business information and personal details. The process takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. We'll review your information to ensure a good fit for our community.

Our team reviews your application within 1-3 business days. We'll run a credit check, verify your information, and contact your references. You'll receive notification of approval via email and phone, along with next steps for lease signing.

Once approved, you'll sign your lease agreement and pay your security deposit (equal to one month's rent) and first month's rent. We offer flexible payment options and can often accommodate electronic signatures for faster processing.
