Zeke founded BUILT as part of Mainstreet's multi-vertical real estate portfolio, bringing over 20 years of real estate development experience to the commercial storage sector. His vision for BUILT centers on providing growing businesses with professional, affordable space that supports their success without premium pricing.

With a track record of developing more than 50 properties, leading multiple successful real estate companies, and taking a company public which ultimately sold in a $121MM transaction, Zeke's expertise drives BUILT's strategic expansion. His focus on disciplined growth and operational excellence ensures BUILT delivers value to both tenants and investors while establishing a sustainable competitive position in the market.

Previously a litigator with extensive appellate experience, Courtney brings strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of BUILT's legal operations.
