The Site is provided to help you learn about BUILT locations, unit types, pricing, and availability, and to submit inquiries, tour requests, waitlist signups, and quote requests. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit a form.
No Lease Created by This Site
Submitting a form on this Site — including a waitlist signup, tour request, or quote request — does not create a lease, reservation, or any binding agreement between you and BUILT. Unit availability, pricing, and lease terms are confirmed separately in a signed lease agreement.
Communications & Consent
By submitting a form, you may be contacted by BUILT by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry, in accordance with any consent choices you select on that form and our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Site Content
Unit sizes, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates and subject to change without notice. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of BUILT or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BUILT does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that unit availability shown on the Site is current at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUILT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
